Privacy Policy

Fractal Futures collects only what it needs to run your account: the email you sign up with, your learning progress, and any trades or notes you choose to log. We also record basic technical data (device, browser, and approximate location from your IP) to keep the service secure and working.

We use this information to run and improve the product: to sign you in, save your progress and journal, process your purchase, respond to support requests, and protect against fraud and abuse. We do not sell your personal data, and we never share your journal entries or trade history with third parties for their own marketing.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language and theme. We also use optional product analytics to understand how the app is used and improve it. Where consent is legally required, such as in the EU and UK, these run only after you accept our consent banner; in other regions they may run by default. We never use them to identify you to third parties, and you can ask us to turn them off by emailing privacy@fractal-futures.com.

We share data only with the processors that run our infrastructure: hosting, email delivery, analytics and payments. Each is bound by contract to protect it and use it only on our instructions.

Some links and discount codes on this site are affiliate links to third-party services: prop firms, and trading platforms or tools such as charting and brokerage software. If you follow one, that company may set its own cookies and receive limited referral data so the deal can be attributed to us. Their handling of your data is governed by their privacy policy, not ours.

Your journal entries and trade data belong to you. You can access, export, correct, or delete them at any time from your account settings, and you can ask us to delete your whole account by emailing privacy@fractal-futures.com. We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and accounting obligations.

If you have only joined the waitlist, the only things we hold are your email address, the language you used, and the exact wording you agreed to when you gave it. Every email we send you carries a one-click unsubscribe link that deletes the address immediately — you do not need to ask us, and nothing is kept behind. You can also email privacy@fractal-futures.com and we will delete it for you.

If you buy the course, we record which lessons you open: the lesson and the date you first opened it, nothing more. We use this only to apply our refund policy fairly, since that policy depends on how much of the course you have opened. You can see this data in your account, and it is never used for advertising or shared with anyone.

Fractal Futures is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us data, contact us and we will remove it.
