By creating an account or using Fractal Futures you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use the platform.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access our course material and tools for your own learning. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly post, or share our content or your account with anyone else.

Fractal Futures is an education platform. Nothing on it is financial, investment, tax, or trading advice, and we are not a broker, dealer, or prop firm. Please read the Risk Disclosure, which forms part of these terms.

Your account is for you alone. Keep your credentials secure, because you are responsible for activity that happens under your account, and you should notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Course access is sold as a one-off purchase, not a subscription. There is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel: once your payment completes, the access you bought stays yours. Parts of the course are sold separately, so buying one does not include the other, and exactly what each one covers is shown at checkout before you pay.

Payments are handled by Polar, which acts as merchant of record. Polar is the seller for the transaction itself: it takes the payment, calculates and remits any sales tax or VAT for your country, and is the name that appears on your statement and receipt. Your course access is provided by Fractal Futures Ltd under these terms.

Because the course is delivered instantly, we ask you at checkout to confirm that you want access to start immediately and that you understand this ends your statutory right to cancel within 14 days. That confirmation is required before payment; we record it, and we do not pre-tick it for you.

We then offer our own 14-day refund. Within 14 days of purchase you can have your money back, provided you have not opened more than 30% of the lessons in what you bought. That condition exists so the course cannot be read in full and then returned; it is not a judgement call, it is counted from the lessons actually opened on your account. To request a refund, reply to your Polar receipt or email support@fractal-futures.com within the 14 days; refunds go back to your original payment method.

This site links to third-party services, among them prop firms and trading platforms or tools, and may offer discount codes. When you buy through those links or codes, we may earn a referral commission or reward (see the Risk Disclosure). Those companies are separate from us; we are not responsible for their products, fees, rules, or conduct, and any purchase happens under their terms, on their site.

You agree not to misuse the platform. That means no scraping, reverse-engineering, automated abuse, attempts to break security, or use that violates applicable law. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

All course content, branding, and software are the intellectual property of Fractal Futures Ltd and its licensors. The service is provided "as is," without warranties, and to the extent permitted by law our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may revise these terms; we will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
