Partner Terms

These terms cover the Fractal Futures partner programme. They begin when we approve your application and issue your code, and they end when either of us says so. If something here does not work for you, tell us before you use the code rather than after.

Your code takes 10% off for the person using it and pays you 20% of what they actually pay after that discount. On the course that is a single payment. On Verified, our subscription, it is the first twelve invoices; after that the commission stops and their subscription carries on. We pay in the currency the sale was made in.

A sale is yours when the buyer uses your code at checkout, or arrives through your link and buys within 60 days of clicking it. If they use a different partner's code at checkout, that code wins, because it is the one they chose.

A commission is not payable straight away. Our payment provider is the merchant of record and can refund a buyer within 60 days without asking us, so your commission is held for that period. Once it clears we pay monthly, whenever your balance is over 50 dollars. Anything below that rolls into the next month. We pay to the details you enter in your dashboard, and we cannot pay you until you have entered them.

You are not our employee, agent or representative, and none of this creates a partnership or joint venture in the legal sense. Tax on what we pay you is yours to handle, along with any registration your country requires of you.

You have to tell your audience that you are paid for this. Where you post decides the wording, but not the rule: the disclosure goes on the post itself, not buried in a description or behind a link. If the platform offers a paid-partnership label, use it.

You must not promise anyone a result. No income figures, no accounts of what a student or member has earned, no suggestion that anybody will pass an evaluation, get funded or receive a payout because of us. Trading loses most people money and neither of us gets to imply otherwise. Do not describe what we do as financial advice, portfolio management or signals, because it is none of those.

Some things end this immediately. Buying through your own code, or arranging for someone to buy on your behalf. Posting your code to coupon and voucher sites. Bidding on our name in paid search, or running ads that could be mistaken for ours. Spam of any kind. Claiming to be us, to work for us, or to speak for us.

You may use our name, our logo and screenshots of the product to talk about us. Do not alter the logo, and do not use it in a way that suggests we made your content or endorse your own trading model. We may name you and link to you when we talk about the programme, unless you ask us not to.

You will see the sales your code produced, what each one earned you, and when it clears. You will not see who bought, because that is their information rather than yours.

Either of us can end this whenever we like, for any reason, by saying so. If we end it, you keep every commission already earned, including money still inside the hold period, unless it came from something in the list above. Your code stops working that day, and anyone already subscribed keeps their discount.

We may change these terms. If we change what your code pays we will tell you before it takes effect, and it will not affect what you have already earned. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
